A Forest Tower Breathing In a New Green Architecture
With the rising global advocacy on sustainable architecture, the architectural and landscape design team of “Parkwood” seek to rewrite the traditional architectural boundaries with the utilization of “Biophilic Design” by seamlessly incorporating distinctive sustainable elements and green features into every detail of the residential development, creating an iconic vibrant vertical forest. Henderson Land aspires to encourage residents to cultivate a green lifestyle by the practice of planting trees in every balcony and utility platform of the standard unit, enabling the “Parkwood” community to regain their connectivity with nature in an urban oasis. The exterior curtain wall can effectively reduce indoor temperatures by minimizing sunlight reflection and maximizing energy conservation while drawing ample natural light to interior spaces. The innovative architectural designs and sustainable building features will set “Parkwood” as a new iconic landmark in the Tai Po district.
